Vasaros šventė Bilionių kaime

2015 metų liepos 24 d. Bilionių kaime vyko tradicinė Oninių šventė ir buvo minimas seniūnijos įkūrimo 20- metis. Šventės dalyviai buvo kviečiami išbandyti jėgas krepšinio, tinklinio ir kelmo metimo varžybose. Savo taiklumą pasitikrinti tritaškių metimo rungtyje.   Šventė prasidėjo bilioniškės  Elenos Vismantienės  sukurtu eilėraščiu „Muna Tieviškeli“, po to skambėjo Bilionių seniūnijos himnas, kurio autorė taip pat buvusi bilioniškė Audronė Levickytė. Buvę seniūnai Rimantas Tverijonas ir  Zenonas Levickis prisiminė savo darbo metus,  seniūnė Loreta Daukantienė dėkojo už bendrą darbą visiems buvusiems ir šiuo metu dirbantiems seniūnijos darbuotojams. Tylos minute  pagerbtas  buvusio vairuotojo Broniaus Vismanto atminimas. Šventės dalyvius  pasveikino Šilalės rajono savivaldybės meras Jonas Gudauskas, Administracijos direktorius Raimundas Vaitiekus, Administracijos direktoriaus pavaduotoja Vera Macienė  bei žemės ūkio viceministras  Albinas Ežerskis. Vėliau, kaip ir pridera, buvo pasveikintos Onos ir Onutės,  apdovanoti sporto varžybų nugalėtojai. Vakaro metu koncertavo Telšių rajono Luokės vokalinis instrumentinis ansamblis (vadovas Algirdas Stankus), dainavo  Ugnė Daukantaitė, jai gitaromis  pritarė  Saulius Knystautas ir Martynas Raudonius. Šventę vainikavo  Lietuvos muzikos atlikėjų Giulijos ir Deivido Bastčio atliekamos dainos.
