Švelninamos karantino sąlygos

Atsižvelgiant į epidemiologinę situaciją šalyje, Sveikatos apsaugos ministerijos (SAM) siūlymu, Vyriausybė šiandien priėmė sprendimą dar labiau švelninti karantino sąlygas šalyje. Atveriamos platesnės galimybės organizuoti laisvalaikio užsiėmimus, išvykti iš šalies (nuo gegužės 4 d.), taip pat atnaujinti sveikatos paslaugų teikimą.

Vyriausybės sprendimu, nuo rytojaus keičiasi reikalavimai dėl privalomo veido apsaugos priemonių (veido kaukių, respiratorių ar kitų priemonių) dėvėjimo viešose vietose. Patikslinta, kad nuo rytojaus jas viešose vietose privalės dėvėti visi, vyresni nei 6 amžiaus. Išimtis, kaip ir iki šiol, taikoma valgant ir geriant lauko kavinėse, taip pat jų nebereiks dėvėti profesionaliems sportininkams treniruočių metų, kaimo vietovėse.

 

Atsižvelgiant į tai, kad Lietuvos piliečių išvykimas neturi neigiamos įtakos epidemiologinei padėčiai šalyje, Vyriausybė nutarė nuo pirmadienio panaikinti ribojimą Lietuvos piliečiams išvykti iš šalies. Su Latvija ir Estija deramasi dėl sienų kontrolės panaikinimo viena kitos piliečiams. Tikėtis didelio išvykstančiųjų srauto nėra pagrindo dėl kitose šalyse taikomų suvaržymų.

Nuo šiandien leidžiama prekyba pilna apimtimi visose prekybos vietose, t.y. tiek turgavietėse, tiek viešose vietose, bet tik tais atvejais, jei bus ribojamas pirkėjų srautas (ne mažesnis kaip 10 kv. m vienam pirkėjui tenkantis prekybos plotas arba vienu metu aptarnaujamas ne daugiau kaip vienas pirkėjas) bei užtikrinamos būtinos visuomenės sveikatos saugos, higienos sąlygos, darbuotojai ir pirkėjai aprūpinami būtinosiomis asmeninėmis apsaugos priemonėmis. Tuo atveju, jei prekybos vietos negali užtikrinti nustatytų reikalavimų, prekyba jose negali būti vykdoma.

Tiek uždarose patalpose, tiek lauke nuo rytojaus galima bus teikti ne tik trumpalaikio pobūdžio, t.y. iki 20 minučių trunkančias paslaugas, bet ir trunkančias ilgiau, jei bus ribojamas lankytojų srautas.

Įvertinus tai, kad viruso plitimo rizika lauko sąlygomis – laikantis papildomų saugos ir higienos reikalavimų – yra itin maža, atvirose erdvėse nuo šiol bus galima teikti platesnį spektrą paslaugų, pavyzdžiui, dresuoti šunis, fotografuoti atvirose erdvėse, jodinėti, vykdyti orientacinius žaidimus nedidelėmis grupėmis ir kt.

Nuo rytojaus atveriamos platesnės galimybės organizuoti laisvalaikio užsiėmimus atvirose erdvėse. Iki šiol leidžiami laisvalaikio užsiėmimai tik golfo ir lauko teniso aikštynuose, lauko šaudyklose, kartodromuose, vandenlenčių parkuose. Nuo rytojaus bus leista organizuoti laisvalaikio užsiėmimus (neįvardinant konkrečių veiklų sąrašo), jei jie vyks atviroje erdvėje ir ja užsiims pavieniai asmenys, ne didesnės nei 2 asmenų grupės bei šeimos, nebus žmonių susibūrimų.

Bus leidžiamos atrankos į olimpines ir paralimpines žaidynes reikalavimus įvykdžiusių sportininkų ir olimpinių rinktinių kandidatų, kurčiųjų, pasaulio ar Europos čempionatams besirengiančių sportininkų, nacionalinių rinktinių ar kitų komandinių sporto turnyrams (lygoms) besirengiančių sportininkų treniruotės.

Taip pat Vyriausybė pritarė siūlymui atnaujinti planinių sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų teikimą pacientams iškart, kai gydymo įstaigos bus pasiruošusios. Jos turės užtikrinti tinkamas infekcijų kontroles priemones, kad būtų garantuota ir pacientų, ir darbuotojų apsauga. Numatyta, kad, prieš atverdamos duris, įstaigos turės pasirengti planinių stacionarinių ir ambulatorinių paslaugų atnaujinimo etapais ir jų teikimo įstaigoje planą.
