Sudarius Lietuvos savivaldybių atvirumo Europos Sąjungos (ES) investicijoms indeksą, paaiškėjo regionai, kuriuose gyventojai dažniausiai naudojasi šių investicijų rezultatais, labiausiai jaučia jų poveikį gyvenimo kokybei ir daugiausiai domisi ES finansuojamais projektais. Pagal šį indeksą visoje Lietuvoje pirmauja Tauragės r. savivaldybė, o į pirmaujančių dešimtuką pateko dar dvi Tauragės apskrities savivaldybės – Jurbarko r. ir Šilalės r., užėmusios atitinkamai 4 ir 10 vietas.
Pagal atvirumo ES investicijoms indeksą iš visų Tauragės apskrities savivaldybių vienintelė Pagėgių savivaldybė atsidūrė sąrašo apačioje, užėmusi 56 vietą.
Savivaldybių atvirumo ES investicijoms indeksas sudarytas bendrovei „Spinter tyrimai“ apklausus daugiau nei 4500 respondentų iš visų 60 šalies savivaldybių.
Apklausos duomenimis, 55 proc. Tauragės rajono gyventojų yra gerai informuoti apie regione vykdomus ES investicijų projektus, 66 proc. naudojasi šių projektų rezultatais, net 72 proc. mato investicijų naudą gyvenimo kokybei.
Jurbarko rajone ES projektus žino 28 proc., jais naudojasi 45 proc., jų naudą įžvelgia 69 proc. apklaustų gyventojų, Šilalės rajone – atitinkamai 24 proc., 40 proc. ir 53 proc. apklausos dalyvių.
Tuo tarpu Pagėgiuose tik 12 proc. respondentų yra informuoti apie regione vykdomus ES investicijų projektus, o jų rezultatais naudojasi trečdalis apklaustų gyventojų.
„Sudarant atviriausių ES investicijoms savivaldybių indeksą, atsižvelgta vien į konkrečiame regione gyvenančių žmonių nuomonę nepaisant to, kiek tame regione investuota lėšų. Šio tyrimo rezultatai atskleidė, kad ES investicijų poveikis priklauso ne nuo jų kiekio. Tai puikiai suprantama, nes mažesniuose šalies regionuose, kur bendras viešųjų ir privačių investicijų lygis yra mažesnis, ES finansuojami projektai tampa labiau pastebimi“, – teigia LR finansų viceministrė Loreta Maskaliovienė.
Iš visų Lietuvos savivaldybių sąrašo viršuje atsidūrė Tauragės r., Elektrėnų, Širvintų r., Jurbarko r., Kauno m., Ignalinos r., Alytaus r. ir m. savivaldybės.
Tyrimo duomenimis, daugiausia Lietuvos gyventojų ES investicijų naudą mato atnaujinant miestus ir miestelius, rekonstruojant kelius, renovuojant daugiabučius, teigiamas investicijų poveikis matomas ir kultūros, aplinkosaugos, sveikatos apsaugos srityse.
Šiuo metu Lietuvoje įgyvendinama beveik 12 tūkst. projektų, kuriems iš ES 2014-2020 m. finansinės perspektyvos jau išmokėta 1,5 mlrd. eurų.
