Atsižvelgiant į Lietuvos Respublikos sveikatos apsaugos ministro 2014 m. rugsėjo 22 d. įsakymą Nr. V-979 „Dėl Širdies ir kraujagyslių ligų rizikos grupės asmenų sveikatos stiprinimo tvarkos aprašo patvirtinimo“ patvirtintą Širdies ir kraujagyslių ligų rizikos grupės asmenų sveikatos stiprinimo tvarkos aprašą, Šilalės rajono savivaldybės visuomenės sveikatos biuras kartu su rajono Asmens sveikatos priežiūros įstaigomis, nuo 2015 metų, pradėjo vykdyti širdies ir kraujagyslių ligų (ŠKL) prevencinę (šviečiamąją – mokomąją) programą.
Dalyvavimas programoje yra savanoriškas ir nemokamas. Programoje kviečiami dalyvauti ŠKL rizikos grupei priskiriami 40-55 m. amžiaus vyrai ir 50-65 m. amžiaus moterys, turintys vieną ar keletą žemiau išvardintų rizikos veiksnių:
- padidėjusį arterinį kraujo spaudimą;
- padidėjusią cholesterolio koncentraciją kraujyje;
- padidėjusį gliukozės koncentraciją kraujyje;
- sergantys II tipo cukriniu diabetu;
- antsvorį ar nutukę;
- rūkantieji.
Programos metu užsiėmimus veda ir konsultuoja gydytojas, dietologas, kineziterapeutas, psichologas ir visuomenės sveikatos specialistas. Dalyviai yra supažindinami su:
- ŠKL rizikos veiksniais, jų korekcijos ir prevencijos galimybėmis;
- sveikos mitybos reikšme – sudaromas individualus mitybos planas, suteikiamos individualios dietologo konsultacijos;
- fizinio aktyvumo reikšme – sudaromas individualus fizinio aktyvumo planas, dalyviai apmokomi įvairių pratimų;
- streso įtaka ŠKL – dalyviai apmokomi streso valdymo metodikų.
Šiuo metu (iki 2015 m., rugpjūčio mėn.) paskaitos, konsultacijos ir užsiėmimai jau vyko Šilalėje, Kvėdarnoje ir Pajūryje. Šilalėje susirinko 7 asmenys, Kvėdarnoje – 15 asmenų, Pajūryje – 2 asmenys. Toliau planuojama rengti užsiėmimus Kaltinėnuose ir Šilalėje. Susidarius grupei asmenų, specialistai atvažiuoja į kaimo bendruomenes. Užsiėmimų laikas derinamas atskirai, patogiu laiku.
Džiaugiamės, jog vyksta glaudus bendradarbiavimas su rajono Asmens sveikatos priežiūros įstaigomis ir kartu galime vykdyti šią prevencinę programą.
Norintys dalyvauti programoje turi užsiregistruoti pas savo šeimos gydytoją ir prieš atvykstant į biurą su savimi turėti sveikatos būklės lapą, kurį išduoda šeimos gydytojas.
