Patikrinimo metu, policijos pareigūnai gyvenamosiose patalpose aptiko neteisėtai laikomą lygiavamzdį šautuvą. Taip pat rasti du pneumatiniai ginklai ir maišelis, kuriame buvo 20 šovinių.
58-erių vyras leidimo laikyti ginklams nepateikė. Pareigūnai dėl šio atvejo pradėjo ikiteisminį tyrimą dėl neteisėto disponavimo ginklais ir šaudmenimis.
