2020 m. rugpjūčio 7 d. 12.50 val. prie Tauragės aps. VPK Šilalės rajono policijos komisariato, Struikų g., buvo sustabdytas automobilis “Audi A4”, kurio salone ant galinių sėdynių pareigūnai apžiūros metu aptiko 620 pakelių cigarečių su baltarusiškomis banderolėmis.

33-iejų moteris, gabenusi kontrabandines cigaretes, pareigūnams įkliuvo pirmą kartą.

Moters atžvilgiu pradėta administracinio nusižengimo teisena pagal LR ANK 209 str. 5 d.

Toks nusižengimas padariusiam asmeniui užtraukia baudą nuo dviejų tūkstančių iki penkių tūkstančių penkių šimtų devyniasdešimt eurų.
