Auga darbo jėgos paklausa žiemos sezono darbams

Spalį darbo jėgos paklausa išliko stabili, kaip ir rugsėjo mėnesį, darbdaviai įregistravo 543 laisvas darbo vietas (Jurbarke – 218, Tauragėje – 180, Šilalėje – 128 ir Pagėgiuose – 17). Baigiantis rudens sezonui darbuotojų poreikis nemažėjo pramonės ir statybos įmonėse, darbdaviai ieškojo: elektrikų, plataus profilio statybininkų, ekskavatoriaus mašinistų, kalėdinių dekoracijų gamintojų. Paslaugų sektoriuje daugiausiai darbo pasiūlymų buvo: kūrikams, vairuotojams ekspeditoriams, pardavėjams, slaugos specialistams.

Spalį į darbo rinką integruoti 1,1 tūkst. darbo ieškančių asmenų (Tauragėje – 511, Jurbarke – 389, Šilalėje – 175 ir Pagėgiuose – 77). Įsidarbino – 523, savarankiškos veiklos, įsigijus verslo liudijimus iki 6 mėnesių, ėmėsi 310 bedarbių. Aktyvios darbo rinkos politikos priemonėse dalyvavo 250 asmenų, iš jų daugiausia profesinio mokymo priemonėje – 155 bedarbiai pradėjo mokytis: vairuotojo C, E kategorijos, elektros įrenginių įrengimo ir eksploatavimo elektromonterio, apskaitininko, logisto, SM traktorių vairuotojo ir kitų paklausių profesijų.

Per mėnesį bedarbio statusas buvo suteiktas 866 asmenims (Tauragėje – 337, Jurbarke – 276, Šilalėje – 191 ir Pagėgiuose – 62).  Jų tarpe kas trečias – jaunuolis (16-29 metų). Palyginus su rugsėjo besiregistruojančių skaičius išaugo 60.

Spalio mėnesį registruotas nedarbas ir toliau mažėjo nuo 9,4 proc. iki 9,1 proc. Tauragės teritorinės darbo biržos skyriuose lapkričio 1 d. buvo 5473 bedarbiai (Tauragės – 2133,  Jurbarko – 2027, Šilalės – 891 ir  Pagėgių – 422) – tai 186 mažiau nei spalio 1 d. Jurbarko rajono savivaldybėje registruotas nedarbas lapkričio 1 dieną buvo 12,7 proc., Tauragės rajono savivaldybėje – 8,7 proc., Pagėgių savivaldybėje – 8,4 proc. ir Šilalės rajono savivaldybėje – 6,0 proc.
