Šilalės rajone išaiškintas „naminukės“ bravoras

Sekmadienį, liepos 12-ąją, Tauragės apskrities vyriausiojo policijos komisariato Šilalės rajono policijos komisariato pareigūnai aptiko nelegaliai veikusį naminės degtinės „fabrikėlį“, įsikūrusį Šilalės r., Vaitkaičių I k.

Šalia sumontuotos „naminukės“ varymui skirtos įrangos, pareigūnai rado ir 250 litrų raugo, skirto stipriems namų gamybos alkoholiniams gėrimams gaminti. Paaiškėjo, kad „naminukės“ aparatas priklauso 34 metų Šilalės rajono gyventojui.

Dėl įvykio pradėtas ikiteisminis tyrimas. Vyrui už neteisėtą naminių stiprių alkoholinių gėrimų, nedenatūruoto ar denatūruoto etilo alkoholio, jų skiedinių (mišinių) ir aparatų jiems gaminti gaminimą, laikymą, gabenimą ar realizavimą gresia viešieji darbai arba bauda, arba laisvės apribojimas, arba areštas, arba laisvės atėmimas iki dvejų metų.

Policija ragina gyventojus nelikti abejingiems daromiems teisės pažeidimams ir apie jiems žinomas panašaus pobūdžio nusikalstamas veikas pranešti:
