Atsižvelgiant į tai pasitelkta ir Šaulių apskrities vyriausiojo policijos komisariato pagalba – į automagistralę išsiųsti du Raseinių policijos komisariato ekipažai, kurie suformavo dirbtinę automobilių spūstį, kurios pagalba automobilis „Nissan almera“ sustabdytas.

Nustatyta, kad ir automobilio vairuotojas, ir keleivis neblaivūs. Šie asmenys socialiniame tinklapyje „Facebook“ yra sukūrę paskyrą „Pagauk kampą“, kurioje šiandien talpino video medžiagą, kaip automobilyje, vairuojant, vartoja alkoholinius gėrimus.
