Tačiau automobiliui nestojant buvo panaudota priverstinio stabdymo priemonė ,,Ežys”. Priemonės pagalba automobiliui buvo pradurtos abi kairės pusės padangos, pastarajam dar nuvažiavus apie vieną kilometrą šis sustojo ir buvo sulaikytas Kelmės policijos pareigūnų.
Tikslinant aplinkybes, paaiškėjo, kad vairuotojas, gim. 1999 m., neturi vairuotojo pažymėjimo. Jam surašytas administracinis protokolas už Kelių eismo taisyklių pažeidimą.
Policijos pareigūnai primena:
- reikalavimas sustabdyti transporto priemonę išreiškiamas duodant signalą lazdele arba mojant skrituliu su raudonu atšvaitu skersai judėjimo krypties, arba per garsiakalbį liepiant sustoti;

Šiuo atveju reikia privažiuoti prie stabdomos transporto priemonės iš galo ir reikalavimą sustoti pareikšti žodžiais per garsiakalbį.
