Kaip teigė svečiai, saulės elektrinių išgaunama ekologiška elektros energija – kryptis, kurią renkasi vis daugiau atsakingų ir sutaupyti norinčių gyventojų visame pasaulyje. Įdiegti saulės elektrinę privaloma per 9 mėnesius nuo kvietimo pabaigos. Numatyta kompensacija – 323 Eur/1 kW.

Paraiškas šiai priemonei gauti gali teikti asmenys, nuosavybės teise valdantys pastatą, kurio baigtumas įregistruotas bent prieš 5 metus, ir asmenys, planuojantys keisti seną neefektyvų biomasės katilą į 5 efektyvumo klasės naują biomasės katilą arba šilumos siurblį.
