Sulaikytas narkotinių medžiagų prekeivis ir jo klientai

2021 m. birželio 22 d. apie 16.00 val. Tauragės apskrities vyriausiojo policijos komisariato pareigūnai Šilalės mieste, užfiksavo asmenį, galimai pardavusį narkotinę medžiagą – hašišą pas jį atvykusiems asmenims. 

Netrukus pareigūnai su įkalčiais sulaikė, įtariamus narkotinių medžiagų vartojimu bei platinimu, minėtus asmenis. 

Pareigūnams atlikus asmenų apžiūrą, pas vieno iš pirkėjų, šortų kišenėje buvo aptiktas paketas su kaip įtariama narkotine medžiaga – kanapių derva (hašišu). Pareigūnai įtardami, kad asmuo gali turėti ir daugiau narkotinių medžiagų, atliko detalesnę jo automobilio apžiūrą. Apžiūros metu automobilyje, po priekine keleivio sėdyne rastas ir paimtas folijos lankstinukas su neaiškios kilmės, kaip įtariama narkotine medžiaga – kanapių derva (hašišu). Taip pat pareigūnai ant automobilio galinės sėdynės aptiko ir prietaisą narkotinėms medžiagoms smulkinti.

Vykdant ikiteisminio tyrimo veiksmus ikiteisminio tyrimo byloje, nedelsiant buvo atliktos kratos galimai narkotinių medžiagų prekeivio namuose.

Pareigūnams atidžiai apžiūrėjus minėto asmens namus ir kitas gyvenamąsias patalpas, rastas nemažas kiekis galimai narkotinių medžiagų – marihuanos, amfetamino, „Extazy“ tablečių bei apie 1 kg kanapių dervos (hašišo). Dėl neteisėto disponavimo narkotinėmis ar psichotropinėmis medžiagomis, be tikslo jas platinti, pareigūnai pradėjo ikiteisminį tyrimą.

Ikiteisminiam tyrimui vadovauja Klaipėdos apygardos prokuratūros Organizuotų nusikaltimų ir korupcijos tyrimo skyriaus prokuroras.
